帶著新曲《WOW》 Beck該不會再被拒諸夜店門外

去年贏得格林美獎年度最佳專輯後的Beck，與Paul McCartney等人被拒進入Tyga的after-party，成為年度笑話。不知是否受了這個打擊後，今次Beck告別”Morning Phase”郁悶的folk rock，回歸到90年代、”Odelay”的那個他。

過去幾天Beck一直在instagram釋出新曲預告，千呼萬喚，全新單曲《Wow》終於上線。聽歌呢邊：

全曲3分40秒，hip hop節拍、Beck招牌式的rap、醉人的長笛聲，重覆得來又不覺得納悶。《Wow》是一首關於happy friday、活在當下的歌：

Wanna move into a fool’s gold room
With my pulse on the animal jewels
Of the rules that you choose to use to get loose
With the luminous moves

但樂迷的反應十分兩極，有人認為Beck終於回歸《Losers》時的隨性，有網民則覺得是一首誰都能寫出的夜店舞曲。

《Wow》將會和去年推出、同樣groovy的《Dreams》，一同收錄進Beck的10月21日面世的新專輯內，並由Greg Kurstin擔任製作（Sia, The Shins)。Beck亦會於今夏帶著新曲，巡迴多個歐洲及美國音樂節。（香港有份嗎⋯）
